The Marine fuels include Fossil fuels (such as diesel fuel, heavy fuel, crude oil, and natural gas), Biofuels (such as biodiesel and cracked vegetable oil), and Synthetic fuels (Such as synthetic diese oill, methanol, liquid ammonia, hydrogenated vegetable oil (HVO), etc.).
Marine fossil fuels primarily consist of liquid fossil fuels and gaseous fossil fuels. The Liquid fossil fuels mainly include petroleum products such as diesel fuel, heavy fuel oil, and crude oil. The Gaseous fossil fuels primarily refer to natural gas, especially liquefied natural gas (LNG).
